One last question, where are you based?
We primarily use Figma for design and prototyping. It allows for easy collaboration and handoff to development teams. We also use Loom to record video explanations of our designs, providing context and reasoning behind our decisions. Using video recordings cuts out the need for unnecessary meetings and prevents information from getting lost in discussions. For project management, we use Linear to keep everything on track.
